As required under WHS legislation, controllers of access to workplaces must ensure that "workers" - as defined by the WHS Act 2011 - have taken part in a general induction. Please note that site controllers must also ensure that staff & visiting workers are given a site-specific induction.
In addition to building awareness of safety in our workplaces, the MarineCard program provides both workers & site-access controllers with an easy, industry-wide system that simplifies compliance for all concerned.
